How has your life, confidence, health, mindset changed since we started working together?

Since working with Roxy I have felt more confident in my body and have built more muscle. She has helped me build healthy exercise habits with consistency. She has helped me to hold myself accountable to my fitness regimen.

What made you decide to choose me as your coach/trainer?

I ran into Roxy at the beginning of my fitness journey in early 2021 and decided to try out personal training for the first time in my life.

What results did you get or are currently getting from working with me through the programs?

Since I started training with Roxy in April 2021, I have managed to lose 45 pounds and counting. I went from 245 pounds in April to 197 pounds as of this November. I have been able to lift more weight than ever before, and I no longer feel as self conscious about my body. My form for certain exercises has also improved drastically.

 
 
 
 

What made you hesitant about working with me? Your pre-concieved ideas?

I had never done personal training before. So I did not know what to expect. I wasn’t really hesitant about it, I just didn’t know what exactly I would be doing!

How has that changed since you started working together?

Roxy was able to work with me to provide some killer exercise routines catered to my goals.

What do you like most about process of taking control of your health again?

I feel more confident in not just my body, but in my determination and resolve. Since I’ve started my fitness journey, I feel as if I can take on any problem head on. I don’t look at problems as things I should avoid anymore, but as obstacles I can overcome.

List 3 benefits you’ve noticed since working with me and using my programs and products. Or how has your life improved since working with me?

1) More stamina/energy.

2) Better mental clarity.

3) More defined build for my muscles.

If you were to refer a friend to me, what would you tell them?

I’d tell them that they’d be making a great decision for their health, and to prepare for leg day cause you ain’t skipping it!
