How has your life, confidence, health, mindset changed since we started working together?

My whole life has changed once I began working with Roxy. I used to have bad eating habits including an eating disorder that made me lose all my confidence and struggle with self image. I focused way too much on cardio in the gym hoping it would give me the body I had always dreamed of. When I met Roxy she showed me how to eat better, prioritize protein and learn what a healthy and balanced diet consists of. She taught me that weight lifting will not make me bulky and instead help me achieve the body I have always wanted. She completely changed my fitness journey for the better, I am now extremely confident, and have a much healthier lifestyle and mindset. She taught me that working out and focusing on fitness is a journey and it will take time. I owe my nutrition and workout routine to her and cannot imagine where I would be at had I not met her.

What made you decide to choose me as your coach/trainer?

When I first went into the gym, Roxy was the first friendly face I saw, throughout the class she motivated me and encouraged me to push myself and never give up. She has an amazing body and knows how to handle and talk to her clients to make sure they are comfortable with the workouts. I realized as soon as I met her that she would be an amazing coach to have to help me begin my fitness journey and guide me along my path.

What results did you get or are currently getting from working with me through the programs?

Throughout my training sessions I had with Roxy, I noticed how much better I felt in the morning, even though I would be sore, I found that I had a lot more energy, and I was much more motivated to get my work done and prioritize going to the gym for myself. I have seen a huge change in the muscle on my body, I feel stronger and healthier. Beside feeling stronger physically, I saw a shift in my mentality as well, I began trying new things and eating new foods without being scared. As I continue on my fitness journey I continue seeing improvements in myself and I know my friends and family have noticed as well.

What made you hesitant about working with me? Your pre-conceived ideas?

I had always been scared to lift heavy weights or do anything besides cardio because I thought I would become too muscular and not have the body type I was going for. In my first lesson, Roxy taught me that this is not the case and showed me how much weight lifting helps your body. The amount of weight I have gone up in since I began amazes me and pushes me to work even harder to continue moving up weight.

How has that changed since you started working together?

Once I began lifting weights and pushing myself to lift heavier, I have seen an insane growth in my body. I workout my upper body (which I never did before) and I can see how it has given me a more hour glass figure. I look in the mirror now and see the body I have always wanted and will continue lifting to keep up this progress.

What do you like most about process of taking control of your health again?

I feel much more confident, I used to not want to be seen in a bathing suit or wear tops that were too tight or cropped out in public. Now that I have been given this amazing opportunity to work with Roxy, I feel so much more confident and completely changed my wardrobe. My favorite part is the confidence I gained and what a bad ass I look like when I am in the gym now and can walk over to the free weight section and workout without feeling self conscious.

Did I live up to your expectations as your coach/trainer?

Yes, unbelievably so, I am forever grateful for all the knowledge, confidence and support you have given me and how you constantly pushed me to be my best.

List 3 benefits you’ve noticed since working with me and using my programs and products. Or how has your life improved since working with me?

1. Healthier eating habits, not restricting myself but knowing how to keep a balanced diet
