How has your life, confidence, health, mindset changed since we started working together?

I of course lost weight and gained muscle, but the larger benefit I received was less pain. I used to wake up in pain. I would have to get up and get moving - usually pain in the form of some headache. I hadn’t been able to sleep-in, cozy in bed for quite some time. I am now sleeping much deeper and sound. I am waking up with no neck/head pain. I am able to enjoy my days with ease.

I enjoy working out now, and have scheduled in those workouts-they are a priority to my well being.

I am very grateful for the meal planning as well. Roxy took some time to get to know my habits and likes/dislikes and created a meal plan that I could easily stick to. It was so simple, easy to prep and easy to pack for work and she showed me what to eat while on the go. When I had concerns she was always easily available to answer those questions - and there were a lot at first!

What made you decide to choose me as your coach/trainer?

Your energy for sure! You are so amazing at bringing so much to every workout!

What results did you get or are currently getting from working with me through the programs?

My body is much stronger. I feel a big difference in my lower body and my arms have shaped up so much! I can do moves/exercises I did not think I could!

Mostly, the best part, tbh, less pain. I didn’t realize how much I was in until I wasn’t. And I am so thankful for this!

What made you hesitant about working with me? Your pre-conceived ideas?

Nothing about ‘you’ - it was all about me and if I would be able to keep up with you. I didn’t lift any weights to speak of and I was worried you’d have me trying to lift so heavy.

I was also worried I would look a fool for not being able to do certain exercises.

I also wasn’t sure if I was ready to dedicate time to myself-I just had to be ready…for me.

How has that changed since you started working together?

First time we worked out I knew I wouldn’t feel bad if I couldn’t do something. You were so positive and started me out with low weights just to see where I was starting from-I was so relieved! And when we are working out you are there to push me-but also keep asking and making sure I am not going to injure myself or push too hard. You are really good at ‘listening’ to my body and know when to crank up the weight or go lighter.

What do you like most about process of taking control of your health again?

To feel stronger and to have more energy.

Did I live up to your expectations as your coach/trainer?

You exceeded my expectations. When we train together we are the only two in the room. You are 1000% dedicated to the person you are training and that is awesome!

Start now, don’t wait.

Roxy is high energy in the most amazing way-you’ll absolutely love her!

Roxy will listen to what your goals are and work closely with you to reach them. She will never make you feel bad if you take longer to get there.

Roxy always checks in with you during your training and really listens to you. She makes sure you are not pushing yourself too hard or not pushing enough. She helps you in the most positive way.

Roxy helps you with your confidence, she talks to you in a way that helps you see yourself in a more positive light. You always feel so uplifted after your time spent with her.
