1. TAKE THE CHEESE OUT.
No cheese. No dairy except for whey. No cow's milk.
2. CARB QUALITY IS KEY.
Toss the whole wheat pasta, breads, and tortillas.
3. LOW GI FRUITS.
Stick to berries.
4. ICEBERG LETTUCE DOESN'T COUNT.
Dark leafy greens only and asparagus. No more iceberg, romaine lettuce. I also wouldn't recommend broccoli and cauliflower if you want a flat tummy because even if these are great for you, you can bloat up for a few days. I know I gain 2-3 inches in my stomach when I eat broccoli so I stay away when I want to see a flat tummy and not bitch about my belly size.
5. WILD AND LEAN.
Keep your protein choices to wild fish, lean turkey, lean chicken, lean beef. No deli meats, no bacon, no turkey bacon, no porkchops.
